Rigorous R&D Process

- To understand the unique needs of its customers, the Company arranges specialists to discuss with customers and implement product planning.
- After the needs have been transformed into product specifications, a project research and development team is established to conduct product feasibility analysis. Each unit proposes overall design considerations based on product specifications and consolidates them to create the best solution into the design.
- New product development must pass three verification tests: Engineering Verification Test (EVT), Design Verification Test (DVT) and Production Verification Test (PVT) to enter the mass production phase.
Project Management
After the establishment of a new product project, a project manager will be in charge of project management, control the new product schedule, cost and specifications and provide relevant information and product consultation on a regular basis, so that customers can grasp the current project status, so that the product meets the demand, mass production smoothly and delivered on time.
