We\u2019ve established a systematic sustainable development structure to promote sustainable development activities and plans implemented from top to bottom and fulfill the Company\u2019s corporate social responsibility.<\/p>

Chairperson<\/b>\/General Manager: <\/b>The general manager is the person in charge of decision-making who decides the ESG governance policies, holds quarterly meetings and plans communication mechanisms for various stakeholders.<\/p>

Director<\/b> General\/Project Director:<\/b> Responsible for managing the Sustainable Environment Team, Social Harmony Team, and Corporate Governance Team while also reviewing the performance and achievement of goals of each functional team and reports to the chairperson when major topics are involved.<\/p>
